long for him to be away from his twin, to be away from Lotus Pier. When she
pulls away, he gives her a grin. He had waived off the disciples so that no
one really is around for their reunion. He pulls her back in for a tight
hug.
"Tell me of everything I've missed. Your letters could only say so much."
Cangdian is all too happy to hug her twin a few times honestly. She laughs at his first request upon returning. "All the girls have just been bereft with your absence?"
He knows that they have turned heads upon growing older. His sister
certainly is not delicate flower but is a strong woman and in that, she has
her beauty that leaves quite a few disciples wishing for a spar or two with
her. Shuangxing himself is also oblivious when it comes to noticing the
girls vying for his attention, not a single one of them seemed to catch his
interest. It is something their father makes a note of periodically but
does not push for either of them to accept an arranged marriage.
"They still want you," Cangdian says and she can't blame them. She's enough like their father that she doesn't make any friends even if there are some that do seek her out regularly but then they often remember why no one else does. "Every girl in Yunmeng wants you -- and some of the boys too," Cangdian adds with a small grin just because she knows he has absolutely no interest at all in the girls in Yunmeng -- or anyone in Yunmeng.
